Looking to move up or transition from a related field into project management? We have a mid level project manager position opening at STS Construction Services. This position will require experience in project management, experience in running projects as a superintendent / foreman, or related experience that can directly translate to project management in construction. You must be willing to get your hands dirty and be in trenches with the field employees. We expect our Project Managers to help with all aspects of the project and jump in to help with anything necessary to make it a successful project. You must be willing to take ownership of projects and take pride in guiding them from start to finish.

We specialize in remodel / new construction for residential and commercial properties and also provide emergency services and restoration. Our Project Managers spend time managing employees and subcontractors to complete various construction projects around the Los Angeles area.

What Does A Project Mangers Day Look Like?

• Project Managing 1-5 small commercial and residential jobs
• Scheduling, material ordering, costing and budgeting
• Management of on site personnel. Sometimes though a foreman or superintendent, but also directly.
