Job Description

Lead and oversee multiple high-end residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations. Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, DOB regulations, and condo / co-op board requirements. Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and quality control. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively. Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in NYC.
• Proven track record managing high-end renovation projects for luxury apartments, condos, or townhomes.
• Strong knowledge of NYC construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
