Location :  Maryland / Delaware - This is a field technician role within these areas : Millsboro, Long Neck, Seaford, Laurel, Bethany Beach Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach, Dover, or based on business needs.

Job Summary :  We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Maryland / Delaware . The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining , and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, maintain , and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.

Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent technical school or apprenticeship program preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.

EPA certification for handling refrigerants.

Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills .

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.

Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.

Ability to work on ladders and at heights.
