What You'll Do :

We are looking for an Associate Media Planner to play a critical role in the success of our client services team, contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution.

Your Responsibilities :

• Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building any support content for the team
• Enter and submit campaign operations requests such as tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations
• Contributes to integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plan, budget summaries, and buy specs
• Aid with creative assets documentation
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setup.
