Salary : Range : $120,000 to $160,000
Were seeking a seasoned Director of Client Strategy to help lead high-performing client teams, shape account strategy, and foster strong, enduring client relationships. This leadership role requires deep PR agency experience, proven strategic communications expertise, and a passion for client success. Youll work closely with Junaprs executive team and play a key role in both team development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic lead across multiple client accounts, providing senior counsel and driving results
- Develop and oversee integrated communications strategies, messaging platforms, and campaign plans
- Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring excellent execution and professional development
- Participate in forecasting, team assignments, and scope management within the Adaptive Team Framework
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to support agency-wide planning and operations
- Foster meaningful, long-term client relationships built on trust, expertise, and results
- Provide leadership during moments of client transition, escalation, or crisis
- Represent Junapr in key client meetings, presentations, and select travel opportunities
Requirements
10+ years of experience in public relations or strategic communications, including at least 5 in an agency settingDemonstrated success in leading client strategy and managing cross-functional teamsProven experience with integrated campaigns, media relations, messaging development, and stakeholder engagementExceptional communication and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWillingness to travel (local, national, international) as neededLocation & Schedule
This is a Vermont-based hybrid position. Directors are expected to work on-site in our Charlotte office a minimum of two days per week, with additional in-person presence as needed for team collaboration, events, or client meetings.
