Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is fulfilling our vision of transforming healthcare by expanding our collaborative care team. We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE Dermatologist physician in Downtown Seattle and Lynnwood, WA . Join the Virginia Mason Medical Center (VMMC) Section of Dermatology with a regional and national reputation for excellence in patient care.

Aspects of the Dermatologist physician role :

• Position information. Join our multidisciplinary team of high-quality providers. This is a great opportunity to join a busy dermatology practice with an established patient population, built in referral source and multidisciplinary physician support including Mohs, plastic surgery, rheumatology and dermatopathology.
• Location; 50 / 50 split between our downtown Seattle location and our Lynnwood location.
• Team based approach . Our team focuses on providing appropriate, compassionate, and multidisciplinary state-of-the art care for our patients. We believe in advancing the field of dermatology through quality patient care, research, and education.
• Flexible schedule options . We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your individual needs, as much as possible.
• Teaching opportunities : VMMC is a teaching environment with regular opportunities to precept residents. It is also a conducive environment for providers new to practice.

Compensation Range : $449,280 - $549,120 / year

Work with a committed and caring team of physicians, allied health providers, nurses, medical assistants and clinical support team members, all of whom are committed to the VMFH mission of improving the health and wellbeing of our patients.
