About The Position

Experience :
- 3+ years of current clinic / primary care experience
- 2+ years of current triage experience
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
- Rural / small facility experience highly preferred
License : Valid temporary health care service agency license / registration certificate for New Hampshire

Description :
We offer a variety of outpatient services, including lab services, audiology, and occupational health.
Lab services help detect and monitor disease and illness through testing.
The audiology department identifies and monitors hearing loss to ensure prompt medical diagnosis, treatment, and intervention.
We dispense assistive listening devices and conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
Hearing evaluations for children and adults are also offered.
Occupational health services include drug and alcohol testing, ergonomic assessments, and various physical exams.
This is a very small unit / facility, and rural experience is preferred.
Travelers must have their own vehicle for this need.
Scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
Travelers are required to work during holiday periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Dress code consists of personal scrubs of any color.
