Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to help clients with wills, trusts, and other estate planning needs. Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Connecticut Experience in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and handling probate matters Strong communication and organizational skills

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support client cases.

• Negotiate terms and conditions related to estate plans, ensuring alignment with clients' wishes.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and legal documents within the law office.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
