Power Plant Technical Training Manager - Relocation Offered

Veolia is immediately hiring a Power Plant Technical Training Manager to join their Gum Springs, AR Project team!

Description :

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for the design, development, & implementation of Veolia’s Gum Springs technical training programs in providing technical / educational support regarding knowledge and skill requirements with respect to compliance issues in accordance with federal, state, & local agency regulations as well as the company’s regulatory and safety policies and practices.

This role also, develops and updates training modules pertaining to Career Development Programs, ensuring adequate skills and knowledge for facilitating advancement and / or specific educational courses that may be required.

This role is responsible for coordinating annual training compliance matrix using Veolia's existing program and tools.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Related Field (or related work experience!)
• Must have 5+ years of previous experience in a technical / industrial training capacity
• Chemical Incineration / Power Plant Training Background a plus!
• Must have extensive computer proficiency (Microsoft & Google Suite)
• Must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Must have the ability to organize / manage multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of maintenance and operations within an incineration environment a plus!
• Must have the ability to effectively present information
