Residential HVAC Service Technician / Installer

What We’re Looking For :

We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with a company that values honesty, quality, and craftsmanship , not just sales numbers.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (A / Cs, furnaces, heat pumps, etc.)
• Perform high-quality equipment installations according to code
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Accurately document work performed
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation (light schedule)

Qualifications :

5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred (will consider less for the right person)

Valid EPA certification

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Pay : $28.56 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
