The Sr. Program Planner / Scheduler is critical to managing Draper programs. This role is responsible for developing the Integrated Master Schedule, working with CAMs and the PM to identify all schedule dependencies. The incumbent will update status per the business rhythm, run metrics, and meet with program leadership to identify schedule slips and mitigate risks. The Program Planner / Scheduler, Senior will also act as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Planning best practices expert for the program and will work closely with Finance to track budget and ETCs. The incumbent in this role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, run interpret schedule metrics to give PMs and CAMs the best information for program execution and direction, and will be the Planning subject matter expert for their programs. This is a hybrid role out of Cambridge, MA and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000.00 - $237,500.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
