Job Description :
As an HVAC Instructor, you will teach and mentor students in all aspects of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. You will provide classroom instruction, hands-on training, and curriculum support to help prepare students for successful careers in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver instruction to a diverse student population.
- Teach HVAC theory, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair using a hands-on approach.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with program standards.
- Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance.
- Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and teaching practices.
