Job Title : Manufacturing Quality Technician

Duration : 6-month contract

Job Description :

• Provides technical support to the Units of Production, Contract Manufacturers and Quality Laboratories as it relates to meeting Quality System and regulatory requirements.
• Sample, test and inspect finished good production lots, packaging component receipts, bulk batches in accordance with the company’s DGO test methods and specifications. Record test results in SAP, issue NCMRs as appropriate.
• Prepare and store finished goods retain and APR samples.
• Write SMI books for new launches.
• Maintain positive relationship with CM Quality departments.
• Troubleshoot on production lines regarding pocket defects and assist with operator inquires.
• SCOOP audits with diligence, ensuring that concerns are brought to UP attention and collaborate with UP on how to correct / make changes.
• Ensure that all quality system documents and records are maintained properly.
• Maintain calibrated laboratory test equipment in good working order.
• Observe the plant’s safety program.
• Independently review testing priorities with UP and logistic planners and managers.
• Perform other duties as necessary or required.
