Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Unit Details : The CSH ICU is a 6 bed, Daily Census 6, medical ICU in a rural setting

Shift & Scheduling : Day / Night Rotation, Every other weekend rotation.

Types of Patients on Unit : Adults, Geriatrics

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : Our ICU cares for a variety of critically ill patients, including those requiring vasopressors, insulin drips, BIPAP support, and long-term mechanical ventilation. We also manage post-operative patients, including post-operative vascular patients. While the more complex cases may be transferred to higher-acuity centers, our unit provides intensive care to a broad mix of medical and surgical patients.

6-bed unit with central telemetry monitoring. Staff are trained to manage ventilators, arterial lines, and titrate medicated drips. The unit provides care for patients requiring higher levels of monitoring and clinical intervention.

Previous Employment Requirements : Return staff policy – 1 year

Lab Completion : All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.
