About the Role
The organization is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Product Strategy to lead a crucial aspect of our business. This newly created position is designed to spearhead our front-end product organization and guide the entire product lifecycle, from initial lead generation to client enrollment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our strategy for digital sales funnels and martech products, focusing on modern martech transformations and customer data platform (CDP) implementations. A significant part of this role involves addressing legacy systems while fostering a culture of crisp, innovative product thinking.
The VP will lead a talented team of product managers, ensuring that cross-functional alignment is maintained and clarity and prioritization are achieved in our fast-paced environment. To thrive in this role, candidates should have a strong background in smaller companies or start-up dynamics, boasting at least 15 years of experience in product management and 5 years in an executive product leadership role. A proven track record in fintech, financial services, rewards systems, or related fields is crucial.
This position requires a hands-on, resourceful approach, along with the capability to lead teams and expertise in Salesforce, particularly in platform design, development, and integration. Adept knowledge of martech, including CDPs, segmentation, and sales enablement, is essential, accompanied by a strong intuition for data and a keen awareness of user experience (UX).
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, effectively influencing executives and stakeholders, and will be well-versed in modern product management practices.
