We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or equipment malfunctions.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to determine the best solutions for repairs.
Install and maintain water heaters, gas lines, and HVAC systems when required.
Follow blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure compliance and high-quality work.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality using pressure gauges and other equipment.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Provide estimates and communicate clearly with clients about necessary repairs or installations.
Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Qualifications and Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid plumber’s license or certification (plus).
Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
