As Kitchen Manager, you will select, develop, and lead a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences through timely, safe, and quality food service. (Leadership x People x Guest = Health)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of kitchen operation.
• Recruit, select, train, and develop kitchen team.
• Foster team cohesion and a positive working environment.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate opening and closing activities.
• Work closely with Hospitality Manager and General Manager for seamless guest service.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and labor productivity.
• Schedule staff hours and resolve personnel issues.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching.
• Perform some food preparation or service tasks as needed.
• Direct facility maintenance or repair activities.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Direct Reports

Supervisors, Trainers, Kitchen team members, and all employees when the immediate supervisor is not on the premises.
