Capizzi Law Offices is seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to join our team.
This position is ideal for a professional, organized, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages
• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival and ensure a professional front-office experience
• Schedule meetings and maintain attorney and office calendars
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and the office manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and creating and maintaining client files
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks in a busy office setting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law office
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to handle feedback and willingness to learn (coachable)
• Respect for confidentiality and discretion
• Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
