About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated AI Real Estate Data Specialist to enhance xAI's AI models by providing high-quality, domain-specific data annotations and inputs. In this role, you will leverage your real estate expertise to support the training of AI systems, focusing on areas such as property valuation, leasing agreements, market trends, and client interactions. You will collaborate with technical teams to refine annotation tools and curate impactful data, ensuring our AI models effectively capture real-world real estate dynamics. This role demands adaptability, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary software to provide accurate input and labels for real estate projects, ensuring high-quality data for AI model training.
• Deliver curated, high-quality data for real estate scenarios, including property valuation, leasing agreements, market trends, and client relations.
• Collaborate with technical staff to support the training of new AI tasks and contribute to the development of innovative technologies.
• Assist in designing and improving efficient annotation tools tailored for real estate data.
• Select and analyze complex real estate problems aligned with your expertise to enhance AI model performance.
• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions, maintaining precision and adaptability.

Compensation

$45 / hour - $100 / hour

The posted pay range is intended for U.S.-based candidates and depends on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications. For international candidates, our recruiting team can provide an estimated pay range for your location.
