Assistant Director of Security

St. Ambrose University located in Davenport, IA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Security to support the Director in managing the daily operations of the Campus Security Department. This role includes supervising Patrol Officers, overseeing security systems (BeeCard access, key boxes, CCTV, report software, vendor card system), and responding to campus incidents.

Key Duties :

• Hire, train, and supervise Patrol staff.
• Lead investigations and serve as case manager.
• Oversee security and access control systems.
• Support administrative functions and incident reporting.
• Provide leadership in the Director's absence.
• Engage with the campus community and staff special events.
