This position is perfect for a "Jack of All Trades" that is looking for a solid place to call home. You will be multi-tasking across multiple repair and maintenance tasks during the day, so great communication skills, responsiveness with an easy demeanor and attention to detail are crucial. We don't expect you to be Bill Gates, but we definitely hope you have some degree of computer literacy. We also are looking for your problem-solving skills and your ability to quote repair work. One thing we AREN'T looking to do is baby sit you, which should work just fine since you are a self-starter anyway.

You should have experience in :

Job quoting / Estimates

Drywall installation / repair

Painting

Tile installation

Carpentry

Stucco

Soffit / Fascia Repairs

Small Roof Repairs

Other general home repairs

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to set a 40 foot ladder
