• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the selected solutions.
• Communicate architectural designs and collaborate with other domain architects to formalize IT standards.
• Champion a structured approach to business application solutions across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of a solutions architecture program that aligns with departmental roadmaps and project portfolios.
• Ensure solutions meet specific needs and adhere to established technology standards.
• Advocate for necessary adjustments to existing standards.
• Support the domain architecture team by managing solution timelines and financial aspects.
• Oversee architectural considerations for all application projects within peer IT portfolios.
• Identify and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or decommissioning alternatives based on productivity, usability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to minimize reactive work, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Conduct analysis of security protection technologies as needed.
