About The Position

Job Title : Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Registered Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Certifications : BLS, ARDMS RDCS or CCI RC

Must-Have :

• Experience with GE and / or Philips equipment
• 3D strain image enhancing experience
• Proficiency in TEE and Stress Echo
• Experience with Definity and bubble studies
• Ability to float to different facilities if required
• Adults and geriatrics patient care experience

Description :

This position involves performing echocardiograms primarily in an inpatient setting.

Candidates should have experience with bubble studies and Definity.

Weekend rotations will be required approximately once every four weeks.

Candidate must be flexible with scheduling.

Strict adherence to punctuality and attendance is mandatory.

Floating to other facilities may be required based on staffing needs.

A comprehensive understanding of cardiac sonography techniques is essential.

Candidates must be prepared to pass an EKG exam during compliance.

Education verification through an external party is mandatory.

Background checks must be clear of any open cases.

Only candidates with EPIC experience will be considered.
