About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing to lead our brand's growth and evolution. In this key position, you will play a critical role in defining and driving our brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints, from direct-to-consumer to retail, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity. You will set the strategic roadmap for brand marketing, develop and manage innovative marketing plans, and guide a talented team across social media, public relations, product development, retail partnerships, influencer engagement, and collaborations.

A significant aspect of this role involves orchestrating go-to-market strategies, ensuring that all initiatives are integrated and aligned across various channels. As a creative leader, you will partner closely with our Creative Director to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with our brand's vision. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience in brand and marketing leadership, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer packaged goods industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to execute multi-channel strategies, with a strong background in go-to-market planning and campaign execution. You should be a data-informed, consumer-focused leader who is passionate about clean beauty, sustainability, and holistic wellness. Excellent communication skills, the ability to foster a culture of creativity and accountability, and experience in building diverse, high-performing teams are essential. Familiarity with retail marketing, merchandising, and direct-to-consumer best practices is a must, with experience at Ulta being a plus. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence and is eager to bring our vision to life across all brand touchpoints.
