Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) Shift Type & Quantity Needed Days, some weekends Shift time start / end (i.e. 7a-7p) 0700-1530 Requested start date ASAP Duration of Assignment (weeks) 13 weeks Weekend Rotation (if applicable) At least 2 weekends each month Typical Schedule Details 6-6.5 hours of patient care per 8-hour shift Brief Description of typical responsibilities, unit, etc. Evals, treat, ADLs, Team Conference attendance on IRU with some LTACH Background, years of experience, skills, etc. Inpatient rehab and acute experience preferred What certificates are required, if any (i.e. ACLS, BLS) BLS Top 3 skills / attributes needed for excellent fit Flexibility, time management, communication Other Notes to help New inpatient rehab unit opening 8 / 4
