Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company.

As they launch into the US with leading product innovation and unique marketing strategies they are looking for an Operations and Trade Marketing Manager to join their new US team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company in hyper-growth as they launch their women’s health portfolio into the cosmetic surgery and reconstruction industries in the US market following FDA approval.

This role is designed to deliver operational and trade marketing strategies that drive the development of the brand, products and experiences within the clinics.

Collaborating closely with the clinics to lead the trade and merchandising strategies in the US market driving consumer awareness and in-clinic experiences.

This role will also see you responsible for leading a team of Operational Marketing Managers, tasked with collaborating with the sales teams in the region to execute effective regional marketing strategies across the US.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop, plan, implement, and manage the Operational and Trade Marketing Plan exclusively for the US market.
  • Manage the Operational Marketing team and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to create regional guidelines.
  • Monitor corporate image, market share, and other relevant metrics within clinics compared to competitors, to drive direction, decision-making and adjustments to the US plan.
  • Understand customer motivations and sales drivers to develop a targeted plan.
  • Utilize design thinking to visually communicate with consumers effectively.

To be considered for the role, your profile must closely match the following criteria :

  • 6+ years of successful marketing experience, including 3+ years in aesthetics, luxury cosmetics, or dermo-cosmetics industries.
  • Proven track record in the successful execution of B2B2C and DTC marketing strategies
  • An innate talent for crafting imaginative and groundbreaking in-clinic materials and consumer merchandise that captivate and inspire.
  • Develop strong relationships with plastic surgeons, physicians and clinics to consistently deliver marketing excellence.
  • Experience in leading a marketing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving performance.
  • Drive and motivation to join a fast-paced environment, being a part of both the build of the business and the launch of innovation.
