The Family Practice - Without OB Physician position in Muskogee, OK, offers a flexible workweek and focuses on outpatient care for adults. The role involves managing an average of 15-21 patients daily with no on-call responsibilities, supported by a dedicated RN Case Manager and LPN. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, performance incentives, and robust benefits within a community known for its natural beauty and cultural heritage.

Position Highlights :

  • Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
  • Average 15-21 patients per day
  • NO CALL
  • There are 2 exam rooms per provider, a private office, and fully supplied primary care. RN Case manager and LPN per provider.
  • Adults Only - All peds go to the Pediatricians
  • EMR - Cerner

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Guaranteed Base Salary of $270,000 + RVU Productivity Bonus

    • Tiered RVU Production

  • Board Certification incentive $
  • Annual Performance Incentive - Max 5% of base salary
  • App Supervision $200 / Month per APP
  • Relocation & Sign-on Bonus
