Our firm is committed to delivering exceptional legal services, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering top-tier legal representation to our clients. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
• Coordinate and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the case.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• File legal documents with the court and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and other materials.
