The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Laundry Runner to join housekeeping team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Sort, process, and fold guest clothing and employee uniforms to exacting standards. Retrieve and deliver guest clothing for processing. Operate and maintain laundry equipment and report deficiencies or problems, sort guest items and employee uniforms for appropriate action. Make guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to hotel services.

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include :

• Keen eye for detail
• Great sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours :

As our hotel is open 24 / 7, 365 days a year, we expect our Attendants to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
