DSHS ESA Management Analyst 5 Monitoring and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Join the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), in a position that protects the integrity of services for immigrant and refugee families and individuals as they build new lives in Washington state. The Office of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance (ORIA) leads statewide efforts to support people arriving and resettling here, by ensuring their basic needs are met, and by providing opportunities to support their social and economic integration.
Working with more than 125 community partners across the state, ORIA oversees programs that provide housing, health care, mental health support, employment services, English classes, foster care for unaccompanied youth, help with citizenship and so much more. As the state's lead for refugee resettlement, ORIA ensures that services meet both immediate needs and long-term goals, helping families gain stability, opportunity, and a true sense of belonging in their new communities.
As the ORIA Monitoring and Quality Assurance Coordinator you will report to ORIA's Director and is responsible for overseeing the development, management, coordination, and implementation of all required programmatic monitoring for all of ORIA's contracted services.
The successful candidate will need strong understanding of federal and state regulations to make recommendations for ORIA and developing corrective action plans that may have a significant impact.
The position oversees ORIA's annual programmatic monitoring implementation plan and implements and maintains ORIA's monitoring framework with the usage of standardized monitoring forms, processes and procedures for consistency across ORIA.
