Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment requiring GE CT scanner and Epic EMR experience, with active Oregon licensure.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a float pool covering both hospital and sister hospital locations
  • CT imaging setting using GE and Cannon machines, with preference for GE experience
  • Adult patient population
  • Three 12-hour day shifts : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 9 : 00 AM to 9 : 30 PM
  • Use of Epic for charting is required
  • Possible floating to sister hospital as needed
  • Duties include performing diagnostic quality CT procedures following ARRT guidelines
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Strict rules on requested time off; additional requests after submission or extension may result in cancellation
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
  • Return staff must have a 6-month gap before reapplying as a traveler
  • No minimum mile radius requirement

  • Graduate of an approved imaging technology program
  • Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license in radiography
  • ARRT registration in radiography required
  • OBMI license in CT or ARRT registration in CT required
  • BLS certification from the AHA required within 90 days of hire
  • 1-2 years of CT technologist experience required
  • Experience with GE CT machines preferred
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • COVID vaccination required with no exemptions
  • License required if applicable
