BILINGUAL PATIENT LIAISON
Position Summary :
A Bilingual Patient Liaison processes patient information facilitating communication between clinicians and patients. Obtains necessary data from patients to best allow clinicians to provide excellent clinical care. Facilitates communication between clinician and other clinically relevant members of the community while maintaining of patient confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in mental health or a primary care setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
