Requirements :
- RN or LPN (current and active)
- BLS certificate
- Able to stand for hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience with LTCExperience with RestorativeExperience with WoundsExperience with PCC and eMARExcellent communication skills and customer service skills.Tasks for this position include, but not limited to :
On call to work the floor every other week.Perform assessments, update care plan, implement, obtain orders, and monitor restorative programs.Round with wound Dr. weekly, perform assessments for wounds, ensure treatment orders for wounds, update care plan and monitor wounds.Participate with Fall meeting daily, implement interventions, and update care plan.Participate with QAPI monthly.Assist DON with in-services, audits, and survey preparations.Able to work Mon-Fri 1100 to 1900.Benefits :
