Job descriptionExperience with LTC Experience with Restorative Experience with Wounds Experience with PCC and eMAR Excellent communication skills and customer service skills. On call to work the floor every other week. Perform assessments, update care plan, implement, obtain orders, and monitor restorative programs. Round with wound Dr. weekly, perform assessments for wounds, ensure treatment orders for wounds, update care plan and monitor wounds. Participate with Fall meeting daily, implement interventions, and update care plan. Participate with QAPI monthly. Assist DON with in-services, audits, and survey preparations. Able to work Mon-Fri 1100 to 1900. Be part of a new and upcoming community. Work in a facility that cares as much about its staff as much as it cares about its residents. (Having the supplies needed to do the job : printer, fax, oxygen, ect.) Join a team attempting to make a difference for residents and staff.
Requirements :
- RN or LPN (current and active)
- BLS certificate
- Able to stand for hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
