Now Hiring : Billing & Intake Manager

DeliverIt Pharmacy | Sugar Land, TX or REMOTE

Are you an Intake Manager ready to join a progressive, patient-focused organization specializing in Specialty Infusion Pharmaceuticals? DeliverIt Pharmacy is growing rapidly—both domestically and internationally—and we’re conducting immediate interviews for this leadership role.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the Intake team, driving accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Oversee medical benefits verification, prior authorizations, PBM claims, and high-dollar / complex referrals.
  • Guide and train team members to reduce denials and improve data accuracy.
  • Manage patient referrals, paperwork, and intake with precision and care.
  • Serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and internal teams.
  • Support the transition of billing functions to a 3rd party while monitoring performance.
  • Partner with executive leadership on reporting, training, and process improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in medical benefits verification, deductibles, max out-of-pocket, coinsurance, prior authorization, and PBM claims.
  • Familiarity with Caretend and CPR+ software .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to handle distressed patients professionally.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of the local infusion patient community / resources is a plus.

    • Additional Details

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Hybrid or REMOTE - Must have a designated workstation at home; company equipment provided (HubStaff monitored).
  • Monthly in-office requirement (corporate HQ).
  • Participation in leadership meetings, employee coaching, and evaluations is required.
