Prestige Care Center of Nebraska City is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our in-house therapy department. Our 64-bed skilled nursing facility is dedicated to providing exceptional short-term and long-term care through personalized treatment programs designed to restore strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage an interdisciplinary rehab team including PT, OT, and SLP professionals.

Oversee clinical operations and ensure therapy services are delivered in compliance with state, federal, and company standards.

Support and participate in patient care by providing evaluations and treatments as needed.

Coordinate care planning with nursing and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Monitor department performance, including productivity, quality metrics, and clinical documentation.

Promote an engaging and collaborative work environment built on respect, communication, and professional growth.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.

Participate in census development and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.

Qualifications :

Current, active license as a Physical Therapist / Assistant (PT / A), Occupational Therapist / Assistant (OT / A), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nebraska.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
