We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Law Associate to join our dynamic legal team in Jackson, Wyoming, who is licensed with the Wyoming State Bar or who is able to obtain licensure immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various areas, including but not limited to family law and litigation. This role requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and communicate with clients and colleagues. The Law Associate will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Draft legal documents.
• Assist in litigation processes by preparing case files, organizing evidence, and attending court hearings as necessary.
• Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases while managing assigned tasks independently.
• Skills
• Strong understanding of various legal practices including family law and litigation.
• Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis.
• Excellent writing skills with a focus on legal drafting for clear communication of complex information.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
• Prior experience in an associate position is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Pay : $83,199.58 - $100,197.34 per year
