• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with emergency medical conditions\n
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, interventions, and progress\n
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care\n
• Utilize critical thinking to respond quickly in urgent situations\n
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge instructions\n
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with facility protocols\n\nEducation and Certification Requirements : \n
• Active RN License (Alabama or Compact State)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – preferred\n
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – preferred\n
