We are hiring for a Labor & Performance Analyst that will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of labor standards and productivity programs across Sonepar's supply chain network. This role is responsible for conducting time studies, establishing accurate labor standards by product category, developing holistic labor planning models, and setting performance targets by operating companies. The Analyst will provide enterprise-wide visibility through dashboards and reporting, ensuring optimal labor allocation and productivity.
This is a virtual role and requires 50% travel to operating companies and distribution centers across the Sonepar enterprise to conduct on-site time studies, validate standards, and align productivity goals with local leadership.
