Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor Behavioral Health Utilization Management Review.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and staff assignments within the Utilization Management Review team

Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members

Act as a liaison with external entities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Registered Nurse candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred

Licensed Social Work candidates must have a Master Degree in Social Work

Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder

At least 3 years of Utilization Management Review experience in an insurance or managed care organization

Supervisory experience leading a remote team in health plan operations
