Job Title : Product Owner / Business System Analyst (BSA)

Location : Culver City, CA (Local or Nearby Candidates Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst in a technical or media-focused organization.
• Strong technical background able to engage effectively with engineering teams and understand system architecture.
• Proven experience writing clear, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Skilled in roadmapping, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Airtable or similar workflow / productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Prior experience working with music, digital media, or entertainment teams highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience driving product launches and collaborating with marketing, communications, or PR teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
