Help us show our blood donors how awesome they really are at our donation centers and mobile blood drives! Volunteers assist with :

Welcoming and check-in
Managing of donor flow
Setting up and cleanliness of reception and refreshment areas
Providing donors with snacks and beverages after donation
Providing excellent customer service with friendly conversation
Watching for, and reporting possible adverse post-donation physical reactions to staff
