BHN is currently seeking an Outreach Counselor to join our Community Support Program (CSP), supporting individuals with behavioral health and substance use needs in the community.

What You'll Do

As an Outreach Counselor , you will provide person-centered, in-person, and telehealth services to individuals in the community to help them overcome barriers and connect to needed supports.
