Project Manager

Project Manager — Sioux City, IA (51101)

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial and light industrial projects across Northwest Iowa.

Responsibilities :

Full project management from estimating through closeout.

Maintain budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.

Conduct owner meetings and ensure clear communication.

Manage RFI / submittal workflows.

Enforce safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications :

5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction.

Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.

Proficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
