We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about workers compensation defense and is ready to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for representing clients in complex workers compensation defense cases, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring that our clients' rights are protected at all times. This position demands a high level of commitment, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of workers compensation defense laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent clients in all stages of workers compensation defense cases.

2. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

3. Conduct extensive case-related research and gather evidence to support defense strategies.

4. Provide expert legal advice to clients on workers compensation defense matters.

5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.

6. Keep clients informed of case progress and legal complexities.

7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to workers compensation defense.

8. Collaborate effectively with a team of legal professionals to develop defense strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in workers compensation defense.

3. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.

4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in workers compensation defense cases.

5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.

6. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to workers compensation defense.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.

8. High level of professional ethics and integrity.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

11. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
