Job Purpose
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Global Business Systems and IT team.
You would be responsible for acting as the point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's end-user computing environment. This will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all end-user devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance. You will also be responsible for some financial administration such as purchasing of IT equipment.

Working conditions
Work is usually performed in the office during regular working hours. Occasional travel is required. Some overtime and off-hour work is expected in this position.

The ability to travel on business to Instron Offices and manufacturing facilities through the world.
Compensation Information
This position has a starting salary range of $71,000 to $76,000 per year. Pay is determined by several factors, including a candidate's experience, relevant skills, and qualifications
