Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg - $1,971 per week

A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• 36 or 48 guaranteed weekly hours (must be indicated on submission form)
• 13-week assignment length
• Every other weekend requirement
• No call requirements
• Patient ratio 1 : 6-7 (ratios not guaranteed)
• May float to other units based on staffing needs
• 1 year Med Surg experience required (inpatient only)
• Current RN license required (Missouri eligible or licensed)
• BLS from AHA required
• ACLS from AHA preferred
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1
• Black scrubs required (no leggings permitted)
• Work with equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo enteral feeding pumps, wound vacs, SCD machines, PCA pumps, low air loss mattresses, remote telemetry monitors
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Care for patients with GI, GU, wound care, acute withdrawal, altered mental status, dialysis / ESRD, and minor surgical conditions
• Perform direct patient care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
