OUTCOMES
Provide transportation and coordination for kettle season. In doing so maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with clients, co-workers, volunteers, and supervisors. This includes, but is not limited to, such actions as : resolution of conflicts in a professional manner; courteous treatment of staff, visitors, volunteers, and clients; respect of others' property and person; and professional and appropriate communication to and about clients, co-workers, volunteers, and supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Under general supervision of the Christmas Coordinator and the Corps Officers with some freedom to plan, schedule and carry out responsibilities within established policies and guidelines.
This individual relates to, and interacts with, a wide range of contacts both within and outside the Salvation Army. In these contacts they act as a representative of the Army and its mission.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
This individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes of this position are achieved, as well as the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of accomplishing assigned goals.
