Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation & Class action

Overview

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct the search for an Associate Attorney on behalf of our client, a well-established civil litigation firm. This is a hybrid position in San Francisco, CA .

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex civil litigation, preferably with exposure to antitrust matters or class actions. You’ll be working on cutting-edge cases that shape markets and industries, advocating for fair competition and consumer rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own docket of complex civil litigation and class action cases
• Draft high-quality complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests / responses
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and conduct hearings
• Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
• Examine witnesses at trial and contribute to trial strategy
• Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff
• Collaborate with co-counsel on large-scale litigation efforts

Compensation

Base pay range : $230,000.00 / yr - $260,000.00 / yr. This position offers an annual salary between $230,000-$260,000 in addition to a full benefits package.
