Home Health Aide / CNA / Caregivers – Needed for All Shifts; Wage $16.00 - $20.00 / hr.

Avenue for Home Care, Inc is looking for hard working, caring and compassionate Caregivers, to help care for seniors in an assisted living facility in Brooklyn Park.

Candidates will assist with.

Activities of Daily Living including companionship, light-housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders / administrations, showers, dressing assistance, toileting, and similar activities.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and possess excellent communication skills
• Home Health Aides must have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the care team
• Completion of a state-approved home health aide training program
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and environments
• Empathy and patience in working with clients of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
