Maintenance Technician

Arbors Management currently has an opening for a Maintenance Technician located in Butler, PA. This is a semi-skilled position for a person with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and custodial experience. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs. On-call time is split with another Maintenance employee. Pay is based on experience. Skills needed to be successful as the Maintenance Technician include :

• Basic plumbing skills (Toilets, drains, hot water tanks, etc.)
• Basic electrical skills (switches, fixtures, outlets)
• Interior and exterior painting experience
• Drywall hanging and repair experience
• Ability to handle custodial duties, trash and groundskeeping
• Can-do attitude with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
